What is a Loop?
Loops group similar business types together to make it easy to find what you’re interested in. It’s how we categorize offers and how you can browse specific areas.
Customize your Loops
Only in it for the golf deals? Not a big spa guy? Loops are completely adjustable, so you don’t have to see what doesn’t apply to you. Website: Go to app.getintheloop.ca Click the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner Select Manage Loops Toggle each Loop to turn them on or off – when the Loop toggle is green, you’ll see offers that belong to that Loop only
App: Click Loops in the bottom menuClick Edit in the top left Toggle each Loop to turn them on or off – when the Loop toggle is blue, you’ll see offers that belong to that Loop only Press Done in the top right to save
To redeem offers, you need to download the GetintheLoop app on your mobile device or use our web browser GetintheLoop.ca. You need to be a member to redeem offers. It’s free signup now [Link]. Find an offer you’d like to use Redeem online, in-store, or by calling to book.

Can I save offers for later?
See an offer you like but aren’t ready to redeem it? Like it and it will be saved in your Liked Offers for you to refer back to later. When you’re ready to redeem your Liked Offers, or want to refresh your memory on what you’ve saved, simply go to your Liked Offers list.
It won't let me redeem an offer?
Oh no! Is the Redeem button grey and won’t let you push it? It’s not valid. Double check when the offer is valid and try again during those times!
02. Your Account
How do I change my email address?
You cannot change the email on your account at this time. Please reach out to us at email@example.com to do so.
Why do I receive email or push notifications for a different city than the one I am currently in?
Your notification city is different from the city you are currently in! To change your notification city head to the profile tab of your app and select “Notifications.” From there you will be able to update your “Notification City” and receive push and email notifications for the location of your choice.
Can I opt out of emails or push notifications?
Yes, you can opt-out of emails and push notifications. Simply head to your profile section of the app where you will see a tab labeled “Notifications.” From there you can update the frequency you receive emails and push notifications as well as select the types of content you do and don’t want to see or opt-out entirely.
I've lost my password
Website: Go to app.getintheloop.ca Click Login On the Login screen, click Forgot password Enter your email address and click Send. You will receive a password reset emailClick on the link in the email, this will redirect you to a form on our website where you can enter a new password. Once done you will get the login screen. Enter your email address and your new password and SUCCESS! You are now back in the Loop!

Why aren’t there many offers near me?
We are working hard to grow the shop local movement in as many communities as possible, however, in some areas, we are still growing so if you or someone you know would like to lead the shop local movement in your community please reach out to us here!
Why am I receiving a location error message when I try to redeem an offer?
There are a couple of possible reasons you may be receiving a location error message. You have not enabled location services in your app settings. We use your location when using the app to make sure you are at the right business location before redeeming an offer so that you don’t accidentally redeem at the wrong time and miss out on using a great offer. You may have poor cell phone reception or connection to the internet through data or wifi. If you are in a large building or mall your connection to the internet may be interfered with causing the message.
